✑ Okay so I got super distracted while I was making a commissions sheet and drew this? But I have some character development to go along with it, if you're interested! I haven't given CCQ tooooo much attention as of late, and she's the reason I made this account in the first place, you know? I think she deserves a little time in the spotlight!
✑ So when CCQ got all of her memories from her "past life" back, she went into a good bit of culture shock. I mean, imagine if you were living in our world, especially in the 90s, and you essentially woke up in Ooo (without realizing you were in an awesome universe from a cartoon, I mean). I'm sure people would have a myriad of different reactions, but for Millie it was a bit of a mental journey. She stayed locked away in her room most of the time, and she went into a bit of a depression. Most days she would question whether or not she was really sane or not. But as she spent more and more time with her current friends, the ones from this lifetime, she became more comfortable with accepting things around her.
✑ When it comes to clothes, CCQ is always clamoring for "normal" clothes on her off days or when she goes on an outing. She loves to combine absolutely silly clothes to make outfits that she likes. Living in a world where you can wear just about anything has its perks, and CCQ is always trying to push the boundaries on her "casual" clothes. So as you can see from the outfit above, it might not have flown in the 90s as "normal" wear, but in Ooo no one seems to mind! Or maybe they just don't want to upset their queen?
✑ CCQ also loves to do different and wild things with her hair. It's much more manageable than it used to be, after all! Shaping frosting is much easier than shaping her own past hair ever was!
✑ All in all, don't be surprised if CCQ comes to your party or event wearing an absolutely ridiculous outfit! She's just having fun!
✑ While I'm here, I might as well go ahead and add the other little bit of character development I got for her a while ago while I was drawing a comic (which of course will never be finished hahaaaa). Basically, as well as pushing the boundaries on outfits, she likes to just push boundaries in general. Now, this doesn't necessarily mean she likes to, say, make anyone uncomfortable or do anything absolutely outlandish, but she does like to have fun. To some this might make her appear as though she's crazy, but CCQ just loves to see what kind of stuff she can say and do in Ooo. Maybe she does have a secret room in the castle that is just filled to the brim with balloons and has no other purpose. Why? Because she can, that's why!
✑ But at the same time, she does like to spend time outside of the kingdom, dressed down. And when she isn't performing her duties, or when she is with her friends, she prefers to be addressed as Millie. In fact, being referred to as a queen when she's not "working" is a pet peeve of hers. It's not so much that it makes her angry, but more uncomfortable than anything. Maybe she'll get more used to being royalty one day, but for now just call her Millie!
✑ Finally, it's much like CCQ has two personalities. There is the daring side of her who may seem a bit outlandish at times, and then there is her real, more calm side that came with her memories. Before her past life went downhill, Millie was a very kind, humble, and polite person. And so, Millie still does try to be kind to everyone and be polite to all other lifeforms in Ooo.
✑ Did all of that sound too rambly? Sorry if it did. My brain's kinda jumbled today, haha. Anyways! Back to work for me!
